Roti Ventures is a small studio, so this is short on purpose: who is responsible for your data, the one cookie that is not strictly necessary, and how to change your mind about it.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for roti.ventures is Aleksander Uznański, trading as ProductTrio / Roti Ventures. Roti Ventures is the studio brand; ProductTrio is the registered business behind it. There is no separate legal entity yet — we will update this page the day there is.
Aleksander also handles data protection questions himself. At this size, a dedicated DPO would be theatre, not protection.

Cookies we set
Two, both listed here. Nothing else runs on this site.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| roti-consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we don’t ask twice. | Strictly necessary · first-party · browser storage, not a server cookie | Until you clear your browser data or change your choice |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 — counts visits and which pages get read, in aggregate. Only set if you accept. | Analytics · third-party (Google) | Set by Google, typically up to 2 years |
Legal basis
- Storing the consent choice itself: our legitimate interest in not asking you twice, and the strictly-necessary exemption in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
- Google Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given or refused in the banner and changeable any time from the link in the footer.
Where analytics data goes
If you accept, Google Analytics is run by Google Ireland Limited and may transfer data to Google LLC in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See Google’s own privacy policy for detail we don’t control.
The apply and sell forms
Both open your own email client (a mailto: link). Roti Ventures does not receive or store what you type anywhere on a server — it goes straight to your inbox, like any other email, with everything that implies about your own mail provider’s handling of it.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
- See what we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Get a copy in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on anything before the withdrawal
Write to hello@roti.ventures.
Changing your mind
Reopen the choice any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer, or clear roti-consent from your browser storage yourself.
